Whitefish Valley Lookout trail is a short and sweet hike in Whitefish, Montana. It's a relatively easy and very scenic hike!
The hike starts at the Reservoir Trailhead, which is just minutes from downtown Whitefish. There's plenty of parking at the trailhead, which is nice because this is a popular destination for locals and visitors.
The trail quickly climbs through larch, fir, and cedar forests to the Valley Overlook. The scenery is beautiful here! There are unbeatable views of Whitefish Lake and the Swan Range.
