Quick Summary

Story

Sun Point Nature Trail is an easy walking trail in Glacier National Park, near East Glacier Park Village. It's an ideal hike for all skill levels.

The trail offers spectacular views of different waterfalls, surrounding peaks, and Saint Mary River at the end. The rocky path is usually lined with wildflowers and fun bird species to keep you and the kiddos thoroughly entertained while walking to Sun Point.

We recommend diverting your stroll a little (about 2/10 of a mile round trip) to include Baring Falls. To see the Falls, hang right at the fork about 1,100 feet in (there should be signage).
