Storm Castle Peak Trail is in Custer Gallatin National Forest near Bozeman, Montana. This is a popular trail among Montana natives and visitors. The views are fantastic from start to finish.
There's a small parking area along the road that may fill up quickly. Consider arriving before 8am to beat the crowds.
The trail is entirely uphill on the way there. A trekking pole might be beneficial for the descent. Some narrow, rocky, and slippery sections can be difficult if you struggle with mobility issues or poor knees.
