The town doesn't have a designated sledding area, but the most popular place to sled is in Verde Park. The park has a large sledding hill that the locals and their kiddos love.
The park's great year-round! There's a soccer field, a playground, and a sheltered picnic area for the warmer months.
The hill is steep, and the community uses it regularly, so be aware of the ice and prepare to warm up with some hot chocolate when you're finished.
