Silver Run Loop

Silver Run Loop Trail is a hike in the Custer National Forest, near Red Lodge, Montana. It's ideal for children and most ability levels.

The trail uses the inner basin trailhead, which is near the Basin campground. Its location makes it an excellent area to spend a weekend exploring.

The trail is easy to navigate because it's well maintained and relatively flat. It features the lush forest and the beautiful rapids of Basin Creek that your pups are sure to love.

The trail is perfect for kiddos! There's little elevation gain and plenty of shade. The area is perfect for a stroll and a picnic!
