Quick Summary

Story

Petrolia Reservoir, also known as Petrolia Lake, is about 20 miles outside of Winnett, Montana.

There's a primitive boat launch available for use on kayaks and similar floating devices. The water is popular for canoeing, swimming, tubing, and fishing. The 518-acre body of water provides fishing for walleyes, northern pike, and perch. Ice fishing is also popular here in the colder months of the year.

There are toilets on-site, and it's free to camp in the area. These things make extending your adventure here easy and enjoyable.
