- About a 35 mile drive from Monarch, MT that leads to beautiful mountain views.
- The cabin itself must be reserved if you plan to stay and camp - you'll need to plan ahead for that.
- The joy of this visit is the drive, but you'll need good ground clearance and 4WD if you plan to go when there is mud or snow. The road is extremely rough in places.
- There is a pit toilet near the cabin at the top. Many trails run around the mountain top, so there's lots to explore if you are on an ATV or motorcycle.

This adorable fire tower lookout cabin rests on one of the Little Bet Mountain's highest peaks. Come visit and check out the views of the valley below! The drive is a fun challenge for those that like to off-road. Primitive camping is available in any of the surrounding national forest, however you do have to reserve the cabin via recreation.gov if you want to stay there.
