Holland Lake Day Use

Holland Lake day use area is perfect for an epic Montana lake day! The facilities here are decent: close parking to haul in all your toys, one vault toilet, about a half dozen picnic tables with grills, and a water spigot. But the views! It really doesn't get better than this! The main beach area has a cordoned off swim spot, but there are also lots of great spots to park it up and down the lakeshore. Holland Lake has a great campground as well, which can be reserved on recreation.gov up to six months in advance. Summer weekends can be busy here, and the dirt road can get quite dusty. From MT83 turn onto Holland Lake Road (nice dirt road), and drive about 2.5 miles. Right before reaching the lake the road forks at Summer Home Road, keep left then the day use area will be there on the right side of the road.
