Aspen Campground is in the Lewis and Clark National Forest in the Little Belt Mountains. It's an ideal camping area for those looking to explore the area.
There are multiple opportunities for hiking in the area with an extensive trail system just north of the campground. People enjoy fishing for brook trout in the Belt Creek, which is nearby in the woods.
A unique lodgepole pine forest surrounds the campground. There are six sites, so there may be competition for a spot. The sites are well-loved because they are centrally located and fairly flat.
This area is beautiful, and we recommend exploring it for multiple days. The Aspen Campground allows you to do so with ease.
The maximum recommended trailer length for the area is 22 feet.
